Note: This format is intended to serve as a master agenda for all MLTS's, with appropriate changes in the dates and in the locations of certain evolutions at each MLTS such as lunch, icebreaker, etc. This particular aganda is specific to the Newport MLTS and will be generalized at the conclusion of that evolution.
