General Information


Here is updated information regarding the MLTS Mid-Altantic Symposium, courtesy of LNC "Woody" Woodruff:

DIRECTIONS:

(Rental Cars Should Enter Gate 4)

Directions from the Norfolk International Airport to NAB Little Creek:

-         Exit the airport, and go right (North) on Azalea Garden Rd at the first light.

-         Follow Azalea Garden Rd through the neighborhood until it intersects E. Little Creek Rd. (Approximately 1.5 miles)

-         Turn right onto E. Little Creek Rd and follow it until it intersects Shore Dr. (approximately 1.5 miles)

-         Gate 1 will be directly across the light at the intersection of E. Little Creek and Shore Dr.

-         If you need to go to Pass and ID or wish to enter Gate 4, go right on Shore Dr and follow the Little Creek fence-line to Gate 4. 

 Directions from I-64 N or S: 

-         Take I-64 to the Northampton Blvd (Rt 13) Exit

-         Go North on Northampton Blvd to Independence Blvd (watch for signs to NAB Little Creek) (approx 3.4 miles)

-         Go North on Independence Blvd until it intersects with Shore Dr.

-         Make a left turn onto Shore Dr. (you will be facing gate 5 and it is under construction) Enter the base through Gate 4

-         Gate 4 is left of Gate 5 (when facing the gates), approximately ¼ mile.

 Directions to the MLTS Site onboard NAB Little Creek (Naval Reserve Center)

-         Once you enter gate 4 you are now on Inder Blvd.

-         Make a left on Gator Blvd.

-         Make a left on Helicopter Dr.

-         Right on Amphibious Dr. (approximately ¼ mile)

-         Left on Iwo Jima Rd.

-         Left on One Navy. (you will see the building and parking lot)
